The Covington Activity Center

or as we call it, the CAC, has an amazing atmosphere. It is full of warmth with a big warm welcome from the staff as soon as you hit the door. The environment here at the CAC is calm, peaceful, relaxing, caring and full of energy. We serve hot lunches daily, provide exercise classes, yoga classes, line dancing, games, events, client monthly party planning and monthly music. The CAC is an extended family environment where you can always feel welcome and safe at all times. It is home away from home! Just know that attending the CAC you will be in good hands with the staff no matter what’s going on around you.
