There’s nothing like going for the gold.
Even when your hair is silver.  The St. Tammany Senior Olympic Games takes place every Spring.
Games are open to all seniors age 50 and over. The Senior Olympic programs aim to promote health, physical fitness and improved quality of life for the seniors in our community. We are proud of our senior athletes! In addition to our St. Tammany Parish seniors, athletes join us from surrounding parishes and neighboring states to participate and enjoy our senior games. The magnificent outdoor settings of St. Tammany Parish are an added bonus for the participants. Each year, a few hundred seniors participate in events that take place during Spring/Early Summer in venues throughout St. Tammany Parish.

Track & Field will be back in 2014! Come have fun, develop and boost self-esteem, and enjoy individual accomplishment! Cost is $15.00 for 3 events; some events have additional facility charges. *Volunteers are needed to help with the games!
